Within two days, Southwest had banned anything like it from flying again.

By late July the prohibition covered most of the American sky. United Airlines barred humanoid and animal-like robots from both cabins and checked baggage effective July 23, according to CBS News, and Delta Air Lines adopted a similar restriction on June 18, TheTravel reported.
